Delivery information

We deliver your order reliably and quickly via our delivery partners DHL and DPD. Larger consignments, bulky items, furniture and goods on pallets are dispatched via a haulage contractor.

Delivery times

You can find the relevant delivery time directly on the product page for each item. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on availability, shipping method and destination.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive – where available – a dispatch confirmation with tracking details.

Parcel delivery with DHL and DPD

Small and medium-sized orders are usually sent as parcels via DHL or DPD. The choice of delivery provider depends on the item, parcel size, weight and delivery address.

Freight delivery

Large, heavy or bulky items – such as nail tables, furniture or palletised goods – are delivered by a freight forwarder. Delivery is usually to the kerbside, unless otherwise agreed.

For freight deliveries, the carrier may need to contact you by phone or email prior to delivery to arrange a delivery date.

Delivery charges

Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. They depend on the type, weight and size of the goods, as well as the delivery location.

Note on acceptance of goods

Please check the parcel for any visible transport damage upon receipt. If the goods arrive damaged, please document the damage directly with the delivery driver where possible and then contact us.
